1.About these terms
- By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- We may update them from time to time; the version live at the time of your order applies to that order.
2.Products & information
- Our mixes are food products. Pack images are indicative; colour and texture can vary naturally between batches of millets and lentils.
- Nutrition values are typical per-serving averages.
- Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, managing a health condition or on a restricted diet, check with your doctor before making changes.
- Please read the allergen information on the pack before use.
3.Orders & pricing
- All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or if a pricing error occurs.
- One-time orders are paid through our Shopify checkout and subscriptions are billed through Razorpay; an order is confirmed only once payment succeeds.
4.Subscriptions
- Subscriptions bill and ship on a recurring monthly cycle at the discounted subscription price.
- Each subscription is a commitment for the full 3, 6 or 12-month term you select and cannot be cancelled before the term ends.
- Shipping on subscription orders is charged separately based on your pincode.
5.Returns & refunds
- Because these are consumable food products, we cannot accept returns on opened packs.
- Damaged, leaking or incorrect items are replaced or refunded when reported to help@simplistaples.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
6.Use of this website
- All brand names, packaging, photography and copy on this site belong to SimpliStaples and may not be reused without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.
7.Liability & governing law
- Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Chennai having jurisdiction.
