1.What we collect
- Contact and delivery details you give us: name, email, phone number and shipping address.
- Order details: what you bought, subscription preferences and order history.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, used to improve the site.
2.What we never store
- Card numbers, UPI IDs, CVV or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partners (Shopify checkout for one-time orders, Razorpay for subscriptions); we only receive a success or failure status.
3.How we use your information
- To process, pack and deliver your orders and manage subscriptions.
- To send order and delivery updates.
- To send offers and product news - only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
- To answer support requests and improve our products and website.
4.Who we share it with
- Courier partners, to deliver your parcel.
- Payment and store platforms (Razorpay, Shopify), to take payments and run checkout.
- Email and analytics tools, to send updates and understand site usage.
- We never sell your personal data to anyone.
5.Cookies
- We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your session and measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may not work fully.
6.Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
7.Data retention & security
- Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes.
- Access to customer data is restricted to team members who need it, over encrypted connections.
